Swedish Pancakes

3 eggs, well beaten
3/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/4 c. milk
1 Tbsp sugar

Combine eggs and milk. Sift dry ingredients and add to egg mixture. Mix until smooth. Drop by spoonfuls onto hot griddle. Sprinkle with sugar and when it bubbles roll up. No need to turn.
