Pizza Crust

1 Tbsp yeast
1 c. warm water
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
2 Tbsp oil
2 1/2 c. flour

Dissolve yeast in sugar water. Stir in remaining ingredients until bowl is clean. Let rise for 15 minutes. Spread and let rest for 5 minutes. Top and bake at 475 for 15 minutes. Makes 1 pizza crust.
