Chocolate Melt-Aways

1 large symphony chocolate with toffee bar
3/4 large tub of cool whip
1 Tbsp water
1 box Nilla wafers

Melt chocolate with water gradually (do not scorch). Fold into cool whip and drop by spoonfulls into crushed cookies and roll. Chill completely.
