Fresh Pumpkin Pie

1 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp cloves
1 tsp allspice
1/2 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp salt
4 large eggs
3 c. pumpkin
1 1/2 cans evaporated milk

Mix well and pour into unbaked pie crust. Bake at 425 for the first 15 minutes then turn down to 350 and bake another 45-60 minutes unti la clean knife comes out clean.
