Spinach Artichoke Dip

1 can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1/2 lb chopped spinach
3/4 c. parmesan
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. shredded mozzarella
1/2 tsp garlic powder

Mix all ingredients until well blended. Serve cold or heat at 350 until warm through. Serve with crackers.
