Margherita Pizza

Pizza crust brushed with olive oil and topped with:

1 c. artichoke hearts
3 c. chopped tomatoes
1/4 c. oregano (de-stemmed)
1/4 c. fresh basil
1/4 c. fresh parsley
1 c. ricotta cheese
1 c. mozzarella cheese
Sprinkle with Parmesan
